Rock the Vote is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit founded in 1990 that works to increase youth voter registration and civic participation through culture, media, and digital outreach.
For this campaign, we developed a strategic PR plan to increase youth voter education, engagement, and turnout in Pennsylvania. The approach combined nonpartisan influencer partnerships, digital content, and educator-led initiatives in rural communities to reduce barriers to registration and promote informed civic participation.
